Lost/Stolen Parcel

Sent a few books to a customer, one of them a rare Pratchett signed copy. 5 days after collection |I cannot find the parcel on their tracking system. I make a couple of enquiries to which I do not get a response, make a complaint and within two hours get a response saying “After Extensive enquiries” yeah right, they are unable to find it and I should make a claim, but I have to give them copies of purchase receipts, photocopies of invoices blah blah. I am going to report this as a theft and ask the Police to investigate, they won’t but it will warn people not to deal with Hermes.
