So it has been a week, full seven days waiting for a package from Plymouth to arrive Bedfordshire sides. Today is Monday , the parcel was sent last Monday and on Hebron tracking it was last update on wednesday last week. Below is a convo with the web chat people who really know how to frustrate you especially when you have things to do: 

Ram Sonsurkar: Hi, my name is Ram Sonsurkar. How may I help you?
Doyle Flayva: Hi ram I have parcel which was supposed to be delivered last Friday , your system lastly update the tracking on 02/05/18 , there hasn’t been any updates, could you give me some information regarding the status of parcel
Ram Sonsurkar: Doyle, I am sorry to know that you have not yet received your parcel.
Ram Sonsurkar: Let me check your tracking details, to find where I can help you.
Doyle Flayva: Please don’t repeat exactly what I’ve just said and claim you can’t help me

Ram Sonsurkar: I understand that you are frustrated as your parcel has still not updated since 02/05/2018.
Ram Sonsurkar: Due to weekend and bank holiday your parcel has been delayed.
Doyle Flayva: Since you understand , do you also understand why I came to you ?
Ram Sonsurkar: For compensation you can contact Parcel2Go.
Doyle Flayva: You’re customer service right?
Ram Sonsurkar: I understand your concern but please allow us longer till tomorrow.
Doyle Flayva: Why tomorrow not Wednesday? Is this how your company works , just give more time?

Ram Sonsurkar: Please contact Parcel2Go for claim.
Doyle Flayva: Are you 100% sure the parcel was lost?
Ram Sonsurkar: Since your tracking has not updated from 02/05/2018 after five days we consider it as a loss.
Doyle Flayva: Lol you’re a joke

Doyle Flayva: So who’s responsible for these losses?
Doyle Flayva: No one is accountable?
Ram Sonsurkar: Parcel2Go will provide you claim for your lost parcel.
Doyle Flayva: Ram are you 100% saying my parcel was lost?
Ram Sonsurkar: Yes i am sure.

Doyle Flayva: Can you tell me how you found out please?
Ram Sonsurkar: Yes, I am sure your parcel has lost in our network.
Ram Sonsurkar: Since your tracking has not updated from 02/05/2018 after five days we consider it as a loss.
Doyle Flayva: But I thought you said it’s bank holiday so there’s a delay
Doyle Flayva: Which is it?
Ram Sonsurkar: I am sorry for that response.
Doyle Flayva: So you were just guessing?
Ram Sonsurkar: I am not guessing it, your parcel has been lost since tracking has not updated since five days.
Doyle Flayva: So who’s responsible RAM?
Doyle Flayva: Listen I’m not loooking for compensation
Ram Sonsurkar: I request you to please contact Parcel2go they will provide you with the claim.
Doyle Flayva: The item you Claim is stolen is not cheap and can just be replaced
Doyle Flayva: You’re uncertain if it’s stolen or not coz on the tracking system it says it’s in regional depot
Doyle Flayva: That’s your company system is saying
Ram Sonsurkar: I understand that your parcel was not cheap and can’t be replaced.
Doyle Flayva: So you to tell me it’s lost that means you heard it or saw it somewhere
Doyle Flayva: If you’re just assuming that means you’re 100% sure
Doyle Flayva: Which tells me your level of intellect
Ram Sonsurkar: I am not assuming but if tracking does not get updated for five days then we consider it as lost parcel.
Doyle Flayva: It’s either you take this job for a joke or your managers are actually strategical to put not bright people on customer service so nothing gets done
Doyle Flayva: Is there any information regarding that parcel you might know?
Doyle Flayva: This conversation is going public btw
Ram Sonsurkar: I am sorry there is no other information updated other then what I have provided.
Doyle Flayva: So what other issues do you resolve on this web chat RAM?
Ram Sonsurkar: I request you to please contact Parcel2go and they will help you further with claim.
Doyle Flayva: And you put your full name for a company that doesn’t look after you that much
Doyle Flayva: Ram stopped avoiding the question now

Doyle Flayva: What other issues do you resolve on this webchat?
Ram Sonsurkar: I sincerely apologies about this incident, Doyle. I can understand your concern that your are chasing for this parcel delivery. However, as this parcel order was booked through Parcel2Go service, any compensation or replacement can only initiated on their system.
Ram Sonsurkar: We’ve flagged this on our side so to get a refund or replacement, you’ll need to contact your sender or Parcel2Go service.
Doyle Flayva: And on your Facebook , you look bright , I don’t know what’s the problem, could be useful but you decide you waste peoples times for a living

Doyle Flayva: Yes how are you reporting the item lost when you haven’t been even inverstigated you idiot
Doyle Flayva: You’re testing my patients

Doyle Flayva: You have no decency to give me information I need to leave you alone but you try so hard to avoid legit questions

Doyle Flayva: The sender sent a tracking number of Hermes not parcel2go
Doyle Flayva: I have contacted the sender, and is in suprise as I am,
Ram Sonsurkar: I am sorry, Doyle. I can understand your concern, but as this parcel was last scanned at the hub on 02/05/2018 at 12:23 and since the tracking not updated, as per process this parcel has been deemed lost. I am sorry but at this stage we cannot initiate an investigation as it is national sorting hub and they are million of parcels.
